Enjoy a family holiday in this comfortable flat with superb sea views, located in Menton, a charming town in the south of France.


With a surface area of 60 m², this flat is spacious and offers all the comforts you need for a successful holiday. It is located in the centre of Menton, close to shops, beaches and transport.


It has two bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds, allowing it to sleep up to 6 people with the sofa bed. There is also a shower room with WC + a separate WC, for optimum privacy and comfort for all members of the family.


The open-plan kitchen, equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and coffee machine, will enable you to prepare delicious family meals. The living room, meanwhile, has a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels for relaxing.


The flat also benefits from a private terrace with sea views, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. You can also access the beach nearby (Casino beach opposite the flat, Sablettes beach five minutes away).


Ideal location, the flat is just a short walk from Menton's main attractions (Old Town, Casino and Jardins Biovès, market, etc.). You can also stroll through the picturesque streets of the town and discover its charms.
