We would like to point out that inside the park, in an annexe, live the villa's caretakers, who also carry out gardening services and are also present in the outdoor areas during the guests' stay.

A wing of the villa is dedicated as a private office and is used throughout the year by the property.


GROUND FLOOR

The main entrance opens onto a large and bright atrium and the villa is divided into two wings off the entrance and on two floors.

To the right we find a large living room with bow window overlooking the garden. The living room is furnished with elegant furniture, a large white leather sofa facing the large television and another living area for conversation. The living room also has an elegant fireplace that is only ornamental..

Next to the living room is the sitting room with direct access to an outdoor patio, where we have a large table that can accommodate all guests for lunch or dinner outside.

Then we find the indoor dining room with a large table and white armchairs and windows overlooking the garden.

The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and has a central island, ideal for preparing meals for a large group. Communicating with the kitchen is a room dedicated to the breakfast area, which is comfortable and functional.

On the left-hand side of the entrance, the ground floor houses an elegant study, perfect for those who want a quiet place to work or read, and a library. A service bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room complete the floor.

A final wing of the villa, separate from the guest area, is used by the property as an office area and is not available to guests.


FIRST FLOOR

A majestic staircase leads from the entrance to the upper floor, where the 6 bedrooms are located.

Up the staircase, the first area to the right consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, which can be joined or separated, both overlooking the garden. The two rooms share a large bathroom with whirlpool tub.

We then enter the small living room that leads to the Masterbedroom with wardrobe room and ensuite bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub. The balcony and large windows of the Masterbedroom overlook the park and offer a wide view of the city of Vicenza.

Continuing along the corridor that leads to the other rooms, we find a large bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and a bedroom with two beds that can be used together in a double bed or separated with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

Another room with two beds that can be joined or separated with ensuite bathroom with tub completes the floor and allows us to accommodate 12 people.

The rooms are spacious and very bright, and each room has large windows that allow you to enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery or of the city of Vicenza.

The entire villa is air-conditioned.

The vast garden surrounding the villa is an invitation to relax and enjoy.

The swimming pool is very large, 10 x 20 metres, with its sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers and parasols, offering an oasis of coolness on summer days.

A pavilion by the pool is perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing moments out of the sun and is equipped with a bathroom and kitchen with refrigerator.

For sports enthusiasts, a private tennis court surrounded by greenery is available to guests.
