Located in the upper area of the city, very quiet and residential, with a splendid view of the Gulf.

In 80 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people, with a bedroom and a double sofa bed.
Free street parking available and bus stop a few minutes' walk away.
The space is divided as follows:
- KITCHEN: complete with gas hob, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, wine glasses, various utensils and A/C split.
- LIVING ROOM: piano, double sofa bed, relaxation area with TV, dining table and split A/C.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: with bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, clothes hanger and A/C split.
- BATHROOM 1: Shower cubicle, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
- BATHROOM 2: Bath, toilet and sink.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothes horse.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. The view over Trieste was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a perfect stay in the appartment! Every step up the street is worth the view you have from the balcony. It‘s very quiet which makes it easy to relax and look down at the beautiful bay of Triest.
The communication with the Host was fast, easy and friendly.
We highly recommend spending a few days in this wonderful appartment.
