Located in the Bolognina district, known for its lively and multicultural spirit, the apartment is located north of the Central Station, which is only 10 minutes away by bus or 18 on foot.
The center of Bologna is easily accessible with a walk across the Mascarella bridge, perfect for immersing yourself in the lively city atmosphere. The 80 sqm accommodation is located on the fifth floor of a period building with a lift: please note a flight of 6 steps to access it. The internal space is composed as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and traditional oven - LIVING AREA with dining table, sofa, split A/C and smart TV - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk, smart TV, split A/C and internal BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box. - BEDROOM II with three single beds, wardrobe, desk, smart TV and split A/C - BATHROOM II with wc, bidet and shower box - BALCONY equipped with little tables and chairs. Logement salle et ménage fait superficiel présence d'urine sur les toilettes sol pas lavé poussière sous les lits et les étagères présence de poils dans les douches c'est la première fois que je découvre un logement nettoyé à la va-vite comme ça

Appartamento spazioso, caldo per l’inverno e dotato di tutti i comfort. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari e anche di macchinetta del caffè con cialde, tè e camomilla. Le due stanze da letto sono grandi e i due bagni comodi. Self check-in facile e host disponibile per chiarimenti. Consigliato.
