Situated within the famous marinas of Deauville and arranged over 3 levels (triplex), this superb contemporary apartment features a balcony/terrace with sea and beach views, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows
On the first level: An entrance hall with a spiral staircase leading to the living areas.
On the second level: A large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge/dining area with a Smart TV, and a balcony/terrace of 10m² offering a view of the marina, Deauville beach, the casino, and a nice glimpse of the sea.
Night area on the second level: One beautiful master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and an en-suite shower room. A second, smaller bedroom equipped with queen-size bedding (160x200cm).
On the third level: A second master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), featuring an opening onto the first level and an en-suite shower room.
The location is idyllic for those looking to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful setting (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).
Amenities provided include: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Upon request, a private outdoor parking space can be made available for the duration of your stay.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and to activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages.
