Location was good. Had trouble with internet connection at first. Wrong password posted in unite. Cable access lost for a day, yet internet was connected. Able to reboot by unplugging everything to start up. It worked…. Overall a little worn, generally clean. Kitchen faucet was loose and hard to manage
