The spacious double bedrooms (1 is en-ensuite) feature plenty of storage space for clothes, full length windows and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathrooms have showers (1 with a bath), toilets and sinks as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Guests have sole access to the property.

The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away. Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.
