If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.

Not much to say u got what u paid for, as for me I only slept and showered there.

The room was very small, hardly an apartment. It was filthy. The floor was disgusting. The shower did not drain. The blinds were broken. The lift was out of order for the duration of our stay.
The smell of cannabis was slightly better than the smell of body odour and dirty clothes which pervaded the corridor to our room.
Have nothing good to say about this property.

Communication from property manager was very poor. I was initially turned away from the address by security guard who didn’t know about my stay.
