If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.

Being so centrally located, the town is entirely walk-able and you have a number of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes all on your doorstep. There's a pay and display public car park directly opposite if you require, and a Tesco Supermarket 2 minutes away for your grocery shopping. Pontefract Castle is just 10 minutes walk away, and closer still is Friarwood Valley Gardens - A lovely green space to enjoy a walk or relax. Pontefract Racecourse is less than 10 minutes drive away. Pontefract Baghill Train Station is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment, and Pontefract Monkhill is just 15 minutes away. As mentioned, everything in the town is within walking distance, even the racecourse, at around 20 minutes on foot. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the main road near the building, and Pontefract Baghill and Monkhill Train Stations are only 10 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away.
