You will find everything you need to have a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, a modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels and high speed Wifi throughout. You will be within easy reach of all Burton-upon-Trent has to offer.
The building has a rich history and an abundance of character, and the apartment itself benefits from having many original features, including original beams and exposed brick work and feature windows throughout. The entire building has been redeveloped to bring it up to date. The spacious interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 2 guests. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The double bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern bathroom, with a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.

It's just a 15 minute walk to the town centre and the Octagon Shopping centre respectively. There is an aldi supermarket just 5 minutes away, and Burton-on-Trent railway station is just a 15 minute walk.
Most of the town is easilly accessible on foot and there are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk of the apartment. Burton-on-Trent railway station is just a 15 minute walk away, with links to Birmingham, Derby and beyond. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby road.
