In a vast natural setting, this large Catalan farmhouse, decorated with antique furniture, offers a perfect place for relaxation, family and friendly gatherings, and work sessions.
The farmhouse will delight all nature lovers with numerous hiking and cycling trails, set in a magnificent 250-hectare forest landscape.
You'll appreciate the private pool all to yourself! Access via external stairs to the 1st floor: Main entrance WC Three living areas open onto an unenclosed terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding nature: Large living room with fireplace and television Dining room Kitchen with access via external stairs leading to another terrace with an alcove, equipped with a table and garden furniture.
Each bedroom is equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and toilet, a desk, and storage space.
From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to the upper floor, which consists of three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Two 110cm beds Bedroom 2: One 140cm bed Bedroom 3: One 160cm bed Three other bedrooms are accessible either by stairs leading down from the kitchen or by stairs leading up from an exterior door at the parking lot level, with independent access.
On this level, there is a storage room with storage and an additional refrigerator.
A small hallway leads to: Bedroom 4: Two 80cm beds Bedroom 5: One 90cm bed Bedroom 6: Two 90cm beds The last two bedrooms are independent and accessible from the parking lot level: Bedroom 7: One 140cm bed Bedroom 8: One 110cm bed The gîte is accessible via a private, tarmacked forest road for 3 km.
Private, unfenced parking is available on site.
The unheated swimming pool (10 x 5 x 1.80 m), secured by two gates, is open from May to October and maintained weekly by the owners during your stay.
Due to the risk of fire, barbecues, planchas, or other open fires are prohibited.
Festive gatherings are not permitted.
