The accommodation has a bathroom, two separate toilets, a laundry room, and a billiards room (on request with a €650 deposit).
The cottage also has an enclosed garden.

The accommodation does not accommodate overcrowding beyond 6 people.
Charging electric vehicles is not permitted (the electrical system is unsuitable).
