Located on the grounds of La Folie, in the former farmhouse adjoining the owner's house, the gîte comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living/dining room, and a WC. The first floor consists of a mezzanine (two single beds 90x190cm) and a bedroom (one double bed 140x190cm), a bathroom, and a separate WC. The terrace offers a stunning view of the private grounds and the medieval town of Sancerre.
A ping-pong table is available.
A cot and a high chair are provided.
Bicycle storage and private parking are also available.
All shops and public transport are 500m away.
Nearby, the banks of the Loire River offer opportunities for canoeing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rail biking, horse riding, and indoor swimming.
An outdoor swimming pool and vineyards (Côteaux du Giennois) are 15km away.
A working grain farm is also on the property and is worth a visit.
Accepts up to 2 pets free of charge (garden and field not fenced; enclosed courtyard available, but please note that there are free-roaming animals on the property (dogs, cats, chickens, and a horse)).
