Nestled in the heart of a former farmhouse, Logis de Bayard is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends.
This fully renovated cottage, located in the former stable and barn of the family farm, comprises two levels.
The 46m² ground floor, fully accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM), opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and includes a living area (lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen), a bedroom (double bed), a shower room with walk-in shower, a separate accessible toilet, and a fully equipped laundry room.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and another bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a single bed (90cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Private or public parking is available.
Pets are not allowed. Bed linen, towels, heating, and electricity are included in the rates.
Optional cleaning fee: €60 Optional outdoor hot tub and sauna: €25/day, payable on site.
Please notify the owner 24 hours in advance.
Above-ground pool shared with the owners from June 1st to October 1st (weather permitting). This haven of peace, in the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 10 minutes from Sens, 45 minutes from Troyes or Auxerre, and 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, offers beautiful hikes, opportunities to discover local heritage and products, or simply moments of relaxation.
Just steps from the property, you'll find the Maquis de Vareilles: a café-concert-flea market-grocery-bookshop-restaurant.
