Experience an exceptional stay in this beautiful 18th century bourgeois residence in the heart of the small medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois.
With its moldings, parquet floors, majestic stone staircase and generous ceiling height, this fully renovated character house offers on the ground floor: a dining room with access to the garden, a living room with TV, a fitted kitchen, an ideal office for teleworking in peace, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, all in oak parquet: a bedroom with a 180 bed, a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower, a bedroom with a 140 bed (accessible from the bedroom with the 180 bed or the bathroom). A studio integrated into the rental with living room, TV and kitchenette area and a bedroom with 2 90 beds. 2nd separate toilet.
Baby equipment: bed, bath and high chair.
Minimum 3-night reservations. Terrace and enclosed garden of 120 m² on the busy street side.
Private garage with narrow passage, and public parking nearby. Included in the weekly rate: sheets as well as 50 m3 of gas heating, 150 kwh of electricity (100 during off-peak hours and 50 during peak hours), 7000 l of water.
Cleaning included.
Towels optional. The medieval city of Semur offers all shops and services and remains the living testimony of a rich past: fortified gates, ramparts, keep, steep alleys leading to the banks of the Armançon river are to be discovered day and night.
Things to do: the Notre-Dame collegiate church, the museum, the little tourist train, the Orle d'Or tower.
Nearby: the castles of Epoisses, Bourbilly, Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, the Abbey of Fontenay (UNESCO heritage), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
Lac de Pont: equipped beach, water games... Hiking on 320 km of footpaths and interpretive trails in the canton.
