Nestled between vineyards and fields, just 5 minutes from Beaune, the Gîte des Terriers welcomes you to a magnificent, detached, and tastefully renovated farmhouse.
The combination of traditional materials and high-quality amenities ensures an unforgettable stay.
The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, two bedrooms each with two electric medical beds (180x200 cm), and a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there is a lounge with a library and two bedrooms, each with two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined together.
There are also two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub and toilet.
Baby equipment is available: a travel cot, high chair, and changing table.
The entire ground floor (bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and lounge) has been designed to meet accessibility standards, allowing guests with disabilities to stay independently.
You can also take care of your well-being by enjoying the fully equipped fitness room and sauna.
Stay connected with fiber optic internet available in every room via Wi-Fi or wired connection, and enjoy news channels on the flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and one of the two living rooms.
The comfortable interior of the cottage and its 1200 m² enclosed, wooded grounds guarantee rest and tranquility, soothed by birdsong.
A pétanque court with boules provided is available.
There are four parking spaces.

Gîte magnifique où tout le monde y trouve son compte : coin cosy, coin jeux, billard, baby-foot, sauna, velos, coin sport avec matériel semi-professionnel. Très soigné, propre, on y est comme à la maison ! Près de tout : campagne, Beaune, village classé (Châteauneuf), visites de caves, Dijon et son charme historique. On en tombe sous le charme
Absolument rien.
Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour y passer un excellent séjour

Grande longère entièrement retapée, magnifique. Au calme, à deux pas de Beaune. Un plus pour les jeunes : une pièce équipée d'un billard, un babyfoot, un sauna, un vélo, etc. Propriétaire voisin et très discret. Très bon accueil.

Excellent séjour dans un super gîte où il fait bon vivre. Comme à la maison. Il ne manque rien. Aménagé avec goût, coin cosy pour se reposer, coin jeux et sport. Il y en a pour tout le monde. Propreté irréprochable
