In a charming village, a beautifully renovated old house on approximately 800 m² of fully enclosed grounds, plus a partially enclosed 5000 m² plot bordered by a river.
Ground floor: kitchen with a range cooker, spacious and bright living/dining room with an open fireplace, terracotta tiles, and a French-style ceiling, opening onto a large enclosed terrace.
Small relaxation area with a foosball table. 1 bedroom with two single beds.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, the first with exposed stone walls and beams, one queen bed and one single bed, the second with a double bed. Shower room.

Ideal for trout fishing.
Parking available on the property. The owners accept a maximum of two pets with a supplement of €30 per stay. Nearby: Cycle route, Bèze (a listed village with caves), the castles of Arcelot and Fontaine-Française.

Mevr spreekt geen Nederlands of Engels. Als ze een vertaal app vebruikt of instructies oven bijvoorbeeld met plaatjes. Dat scheelt ook voor haar

Es ist dort herrlich ländlich, die Gerstenfelder glänzten goldgelb im Abendlicht und Nutrias
tummelten sich neben Enten und Schwänen auf der Uferwiese.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam und freundschaftlich und haben mir den Aufenthalt
dadurch zusätzlich verschönert.
Mein Hund genoss den großen Garten und ich die Kirschen an 2 großen Kirschbäumen.
Man sollte sich klar darüber sein , dass die Fahrt mit dem Auto ins Zentrum von Dijon etwas anstrengend ist.
