On the 2nd floor: office and television area on the mezzanine. 4 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed each and 2 other bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and the last with a single bed. 2 shower rooms with toilets. Each room has a unique tone. Two additional beds can be accommodated on a sofa bed.

Covered terrace with a traditional bread oven for pizza evenings. Leisure area with a freestanding swimming pool from early June to September, weather permitting, and a ping-pong table. Enclosed grounds of 600 m².

The immediate surroundings offer many pleasures thanks to the presence of nature and the proximity of the communal washhouse and pond. The sunset on the horizon in front of the illuminated fountain is the most beautiful of postcards. Nearby forests are ideal for walks, as are the villages of Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye, Salmaise, and Flavigny-sur-Ozerain. The jewels of Bussy-Rabutin, Fontenay, Semur-en-Auxois, and the Forges de Buffon are ideal day trips, not to mention Dijon and the Côte des Vins.
