The garden level, accessible via a stone staircase, opens onto a large corner terrace with a lawn.
It comprises a kitchen and a living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, leading to a veranda.
There is also a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room.
On the first floor: a large bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a spacious relaxation room with a reading and music area (contemporary style, fireplace insert).
This level is also accessible from a street entrance.
On the second floor: a mezzanine with an office area and a television.
There are four bedrooms: two with a double bed (140 cm) each, and two others, one with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and the last with a single bed (90 cm).
There are two shower rooms with toilets.
Each room has its own unique character.
Two additional sleeping spaces are available on a sofa bed.
Covered terrace with a traditional bread oven for pizza evenings.
Leisure area with a freestanding swimming pool (open from early June to September, weather permitting) and a ping-pong table.
Enclosed grounds of 600 m².
The immediate surroundings offer many pleasures thanks to the presence of nature and the proximity of the communal wash house and pond.
