The tiled ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and living/dining area, as well as a bright lounge with a sofa bed for two.
Upstairs, there is one bedroom with parquet flooring (one double bed).
A shower room with WC is also located on this floor.
Parking is available on the property, and guests have access to a large, shared, enclosed garden with fruit trees.
