The facilities are shared by the three cottages and are therefore not exclusive (alternating or shared use). Annette is a cottage located at the foot of a medieval-style castle.
It features a 400 m² enclosed garden.
On the ground floor, a large open-plan living area includes a lounge, a kitchen open to the living room with a wood-burning stove and direct access to the covered, misted terrace, which will keep you cool during the hottest hours.
There is also a separate toilet with a washbasin.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm), a separate toilet, and a shower room with a walk-in shower; air conditioning in the bedrooms. Free high-speed internet access.
On-site, the path to the fountain leads to the springs, a shared shaded area, soothed by the gentle lapping of the stream and the croaking of frogs in the pond. 55 km from Nevers and Autun, both designated Cities of Art and History, between Bazois and Morvan.
Discover the Bazois region with its Nivernais Canal and its greenway cycle path along the towpath, and the Morvan Regional Natural Park, a leader in ecotourism, with its lakes and forests offering a variety of outdoor sports and activities.
History buffs can visit the Mont Beuvray site, home to an archaeological center dedicated to the Celtic world. Options and charges (not bookable online - please contact the owners directly): Heating and electricity are extra, charged according to meter readings (billed for consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day). End-of-stay cleaning upon request: €60. Maximum 2 pets allowed: additional €20 per pet for the entire stay. Bed linen rental: €7 for 1 person / €14 for 2 people. Towel rental: €5 per person.
