This single-story cottage is located within the owner's grounds and includes a large living area with an open-plan kitchen, living room, and lounge with a wood-burning stove, foosball table, 107cm flat-screen TV, and CD player.
There is one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined together, and another bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm). Baby equipment is provided (high chair, cot, baby plate and cutlery, potty, baby bath). The bathroom includes a toilet and a thermostatic shower.
Ping-pong table.
Terrace and garden with electric fencing, suitable for horses. Beds are made upon arrival, and bed linen and towels are provided.
Heating is included.
Firewood is provided free of charge. Nearby: Guédelon, a construction site recreating a medieval castle using traditional techniques; the Château de Saint-Fargeau with its historical sound and light show in July and August; Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye and its pottery; and the vineyards of Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre. Charges and options: End-of-stay cleaning available upon request for €50. A pod can be rented in addition to the cottage for 2 people for an extra €25 per night. During your stay (July-August), the owner offers a relaxing 1-hour individual session for €45, with a choice of: shiatsu (pressure on specific points of the body), reflexology (acupuncture points), or relaxation (through breathing and mental imagery).
