In the heart of the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, this gîte combines historical charm with modern comfort.
Housed in a group of 15th-century buildings, it enjoys a peaceful setting at the back of a courtyard.
The ground floor comprises a spacious entrance hall with a foosball table, a shower room, and a toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a warm, raised living room with a pellet stove.
A bright dining room is located in a heated veranda overlooking the garden.
A Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine is also provided.
A bedroom with two single beds (100x190cm) leads to a second bedroom upstairs with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and an en-suite shower room and toilet.
An independent studio apartment with a double bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm), a kitchenette, a shower room, and a toilet is also accessible from the ground-floor bedroom. Outside, enjoy a 500 m² enclosed garden with a breathtaking view of the collegiate church, a heated above-ground pool (7.32 x 3.66 m, open from April to September depending on the weather), an electric barbecue, four bicycles, and an exercise bike.
There is also an electric vehicle charging station.
Free street parking is available. Semur is a 1.5-hour journey from Paris Gare de Lyon via TGV to Montbard (19 km), then a TER bus with a stop 200 m away.
