Just 20 minutes from Dijon and the first vineyards, and 10 minutes from the Prenois racetrack, in a beautiful, natural setting between fields and forests, you'll be charmed by the tranquility of the location.
This characterful building, tastefully renovated and with independent access, comprises two separate gîtes, divided by a barn, located on the ground and first floors. Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/living room with fireplace.
Two bedrooms with original terracotta tiles (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds), shower room, and separate WC, accessible to people with reduced mobility. First floor: two bedrooms with parquet flooring (two with double beds), and a third bedroom with four single beds.

Separate WC. Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, changing mat, and baby bath. A 500 m² enclosed courtyard and a shared 800 m² unfenced garden with a swing set are available for both gîtes. Parking.
Covered shelter.
The two cottages can be rented together for up to 15 people.
Shared clothes dryer.
Pets not allowed. You can store your bicycles in the porch adjoining the cottage.
There are two parking spaces next to the cottage and three more in a parking area in front of the agricultural building.
Check-out on Sundays is possible until 4:00 PM. This accommodation is not suitable for business trips. Le Plain d'Ahuy, a hamlet of three houses, borders the Suzon Valley, a protected site surrounded by game-rich forests and crisscrossed by marked hiking trails, accessible by mountain bike.
Walkers, athletes, and nature lovers will enjoy this peaceful setting.
The Val Suzon Forest is classified as an Exceptional Forest. Ayurvedic consultations and/or treatments are available on site.
Reservations are recommended.
A shop selling farm products is 8 minutes away. Charges and extras: Bed linen and cleaning included.
Towels: €3 per person per stay.
