Beaune is internationally renowned for its vineyards and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
At the entrance to the hamlet of Gigny, 3 km from the center of Beaune, this spacious and comfortable detached house features a lovely swimming pool, shared with the owners, who live next door.
The ground floor comprises a large, bright living room opening onto the terrace, with an equipped open-plan kitchen (filter coffee maker + Senseo machine, raclette grill), a dining area, and a lounge with a wood-burning stove.
There is also a single bedroom (one 90cm bed), a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate WC, and a laundry room.
A games room with a multi-game table and PS2 is located in the basement.
Upstairs, two half-levels lead to four bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), the second with a queen-size bed (160cm), the third with two single beds (90cm), and the last with a queen-size bed (160cm). This last bedroom connects to a large shower room with a WC. Baby cot and high chair.

Enjoy a lovely relaxation area with a pétanque court around the shared heated and secure swimming pool (10 x 5 m). It is open until 8 pm and has a covered terrace accessible during the day. Use of the pool is guaranteed from June to the end of September, provided the outside temperature is above 25°C. The cottage is located near the motorway (no noise pollution inside). Beaune is known for its vineyards and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Numerous events throughout the year: Film Festivals, Baroque Music, "Cours aux jardins" (Garden Courses), etc. Restaurants and wine cellars offering tastings.
Hiking, walks through the vineyards, and a cycle route through the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay (bike rentals available in the town). Also worth discovering along the Route des Grands Crus are the wine-growing villages of Beaune, near the beach: 4 natural swimming pools. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
Gas central heating and electricity are included in the price. Utilities and extras: Firewood basket: €10 - 2 sofa beds in the living room: €10 supplement per additional person. Pets are not allowed as the owner is allergic. Property managed by a professional.
