Located in the center of the village and housed in an old forge, semi-detached and tastefully renovated gîte combining the charm of stone, wood and metal.
Ground floor: large open space with fitted kitchen (small fridge with freezer compartment), dining room and living room.
Shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a beautiful bedroom (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90), a second toilet and a mezzanine offering an additional single bed. Private enclosed terrace and shared parking.
Semi-detached gîte with another gîte (21G814 for 5 people). Chaignay is a small village with just over 500 souls, ideally nestled in the heart of a magnificent region.
The capital of Burgundy, Dijon, a mecca of French history and gastronomy, is only 20 minutes away.
No more than 30 minutes to reach the Route des Grands Crus in Gevrey-Chambertin and then cross Morey Saint Denis, Vougeot, Nuits St Georges, Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet.
Nearby: hiking, tree climbing, paintball, motocross, Bèze caves... Charges and supplements: Sheets: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Bathroom linen: €5 for the stay per person.
