Ideal for active and cultural holidays with family or friends, this comfortable cottage is a pleasant base for discovering the treasures of Burgundy, while enjoying a peaceful and green environment. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a separate living room.
A bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), shower room, and toilet complete this level. Upstairs, the cottage offers: 1 bedroom with three 90cm beds, 2 bedrooms with one 140cm bed each, 1 bedroom with a pull-out bed (two 90cm beds), 1 bathroom with toilet. For relaxation and leisure, a ping-pong table is available. The cottage also benefits from 5 parking spaces in the enclosed courtyard, as well as bicycle storage, ideal for those who enjoy cycling and exploring the area. One pet is welcome free of charge. Charges and optional extras payable on site to the owners: Bed linen and towel rental: €50 for the entire cottage (only payable to the owners) End-of-stay cleaning: €70 (only payable to the owners) Electricity and heating: included Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: .
