Delphine and Philippe welcome you to their renovated, family-run gîte. Amenities include American pool, ping-pong, foosball, and the option of an infrared sauna.
Ground floor: large living room, lounge with fireplace (free firewood) and sofa bed, kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, optional infrared sauna for adults and children/light therapy (50 euros/week and 25 euros/weekend), WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed with cot, 1 double bed). The highlight of this gîte is the huge games room (50 m²) upstairs, perfect for all ages (American pool, ping-pong, foosball, TV, Wii, board games). There is also an additional sofa bed (140/190 cm). A covered shelter and a private enclosed garden with a terrace (barbecue) are available, equipped for children (swing, slide). Its ideal location makes it perfect for exploring Burgundy.
Certified "Accueil Vélo" (Cyclist Welcome). Can be rented together with the H89G028728 gîte (sleeps 4). Pet supplement: €5/day/pet + mandatory cleaning fee of €58 (maximum 2 pets). Heating included.
CHARGES AND OPTIONS: Linen rental: double bed: €14 - Towels: €5/person.
End-of-stay cleaning: €58. Electricity is charged extra beyond the included 8 kWh/day. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Animal supplement : 5.0 € per day .
