On the ground floor, a large living room offers a dining room and a characterful living room with exposed stone and Burgundy stone floors, a fireplace, and a fitted kitchen. A living room. Separate toilet. A crib, high chair, booster seat, and baby bath are available.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, television, and bathroom. 2 bedrooms with two single beds (each one can be joined). A second bathroom and separate toilet. Dressing room. Private terrace. Pets not allowed.

Parking is available in the property's enclosed courtyard and a large 2,000 m² shared garden with a swing. The shared 8m x 4m heated swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 15th, weather permitting, from 10:00 [hidden] to 12:00 [hidden] and from 2:00 [hidden] to 5:30 [hidden] Bicycles can be stored in the garage.

Gas heating, electricity, bed linens, kitchen linens, and final cleaning are included in the rates. A complimentary basket of firewood is then available for €5 per basket. Bath and bathroom linens are available for rental upon request (€5 per person per stay). Two additional people can be accommodated on a sofa bed for €10 per day.

Beaune is internationally renowned for its vineyards and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous events are held throughout the year: film festivals, Baroque music, "Cours aux jardins" (garden courses), restaurants, and tasting rooms. Hiking, strolls along the ramparts or in the Parc de la Bouzaise, and a cycle route through the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay (bike rentals are available in the town). Also worth exploring along the Route des Grands Crus are renowned wine villages such as Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny, and Chassagne-Montrachet. Beaune, Beachside: 14,000 m² of beaches, four natural swimming pools, a climbing wall unique in France, and a restaurant.
