In a quiet hamlet, 3 km from the historic center of Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, this detached house is semi-detached and shares a swimming pool with the owners.
On the ground floor, a large open-plan living area offers a dining room and a charming lounge with exposed stone walls, Burgundy stone flooring, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a separate WC.
A baby cot, high chair, booster seat, and baby bath are available. Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), television, and shower room; two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined together; a second shower room and separate WC; a dressing room; and a private terrace.
Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in the property's enclosed courtyard, and there is a large 2000 m² shared garden with a swing.
The shared, heated 8m x 4m swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 15th, weather permitting, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Bicycles can be stored in the garage. Gas heating, electricity, bed linen, kitchen linen, and final cleaning are included in the rates.
A basket of firewood is provided free of charge, then each additional basket is €5.
Towels and bath towels are available for rent upon request (€5 per person per stay).
Two additional people can be accommodated on a sofa bed: €10 per person per day. Beaune is internationally renowned for its vineyards and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Numerous events take place throughout the year: Film Festivals, Baroque Music Festivals, "Cours aux jardins" (a garden tour), restaurants, and wine cellars.
Enjoy hiking, walks along the ramparts or in the Parc de la Bouzaise, and a cycle path through the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay (bike rentals are available in the town).
Also worth discovering along the Route des Grands Crus are renowned wine villages such as Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet...
