A 10-minute walk from the center of Beaune, and 5 minutes from the train station, this small, fully renovated, single-story house is located in a gated courtyard, opposite the owners' house.
It features a small, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a ceiling fan, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a sofa, a TV, a washing machine, a standing fan, and Tassimo and filter coffee makers.
The terrace has a table and chairs, a parasol, and a charcoal barbecue (a small bag of charcoal and barbecue lighter can be reserved for €10).
Free parking for one vehicle is available on the street in front of the cottage, and bicycles (and a bike rack) can be parked in the secure courtyard.
Hybrid bikes are available upon request (a €50 deposit per bike is payable to the owners).
A baby cot and high chair are also available upon request.
Beaune is a lively little town, famous for its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, its vineyards and wine cellars, its Cité des Climats (City of Climats), the Fallot Mustard Factory, numerous museums, and the unmissable Route des Grands Crus (Wine Route).
Many events take place throughout the year.
Beaune's beach area boasts 14,000 m² of beaches, four natural swimming pools, a climbing wall unique in France, and a restaurant area.
It's just 30 minutes from Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and a renowned gastronomic center.
