Terrace, enclosed flower garden with a pétanque court.
On the ground floor: entrance into a dining room with TV and open-plan kitchen (5-burner range), one bedroom "Hulotte" with a double bed (140x190cm) and direct access to a shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users (large shower with chair, accessible sink, and raised toilet).
A hospital bed can be installed.
On the first floor: one bedroom "Hirondelle" with three single beds (90x190cm), one bedroom "Mésange" with a double bed (140x190cm).
These two bedrooms each have direct access to a shower room (shower and toilet).
A third bedroom "Tourterelle" with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm) (a cot can be installed) is accessible via the Mésange bedroom.
Books are available in each room.
If you start a book during your stay, you can take it home and return it.
A telephone is available.
The barn has been converted into a summer kitchen, lounge area, and television.
Baby equipment is provided for the Gîte Bébé Câlin (Baby Cuddle Gîte).
Beds are made upon arrival, and a breakfast tray is provided.
The gîte is ideally located near La Charité-sur-Loire (the Book Town), the Loire à Vélo cycling route, the forest, and the Way of St.
James (Camino de Santiago).
