Located in the hamlet of Charancy, the cottage has been converted into the former presbytery in the heart of a large enclosed garden.
On the ground floor: dining room, kitchen area, living room, laundry room, toilet.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds 90 cm each, 1 folding baby bed and 1 high chair, 2 shower rooms, toilet.
Garden shed.
Fiber internet.
Private parking.
In the Morvan region, at the gateway to the Yonne and close to Vézelay where you will not miss the visit of the basilica.
In Bazoches you will go back in time by visiting the castle of Vauban.
In Clamecy you will discover this ancient city of wood floaters (museums). Water sports and activity enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice at the Settons, Pannecière, and Chaumeçon lakes (fishing, swimming, water sports center, boat trips). Charges and options (not bookable online - check directly with the Town Hall): Bed linen rental: €13 per bed, payable on site. End-of-stay cleaning: €90, payable on site. Oil-fired central heating: €150 per week and €75 per weekend, payable directly on site.
Wood: €20. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 109.76 € per stay . Sheets : 15.85 € per stay Property managed by a professional.

Deux petites remarques.
Les chaises de jardin sont au bout du rouleau.
Les WC où il est interdit de jeter quoi que ce soit manquent de poubelle.
