The cottage, located just a few meters from the Rhoin River, beneath the village cliffs and bordered by forest, will provide you with peace and serenity. Numerous hiking and cycling trails depart from the cottage.

Climbing enthusiasts can also enjoy approximately 400 climbing routes.

The Rhoin Valley cottage is ideally located between the Côte Vinicole, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Burgundy Canal, and the Auxois region. This former semi-detached stone stable has been completely renovated, preserving the original troughs, which have been converted into benches.

The owners are located nearby, as is a year-round rental (with access to the cellar via the cottage's courtyard). The owners have preserved the spirit and authenticity of the property using objects found on site, while adding a modern touch. Close to Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, famous for its Hospices.

Many wine-growing villages are nearby to visit. Charges and supplements: Electricity and heating according to meter reading (beyond the 16 kWh per day included in the price).
