In the center of Saulieu, in the heart of Burgundy and at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Natural Park, this large gîte is the ideal place for a family or group of friends to gather.
On the ground floor, a 50 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with utensils and dishes for cooking enthusiasts.

On the first floor, three spacious bedrooms (two with a 160cm bed and one with a 140cm bed), one with its own en-suite shower room and walk-in shower (laundry area: washing machine and dryer). A second bedroom has a bathroom with shower.
Separate toilet on the landing.
Fan in each bedroom. On the second floor, a shared living area with a kitchenette leads to two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190cm), and one bedroom with three single beds (90x190cm). There is also a shower room and toilet, as well as an air conditioner. The property features an enclosed garden and private, secure parking.
Garden furniture and two griddles are provided, along with children's games.
A small covered lounge area with a foosball table is also available in the garden. Cleaning, linens, sheets, heating, and electricity are included in the price.
Towels are available as an option for €3 per person. This property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Saulieu is a gastronomic destination, boasting several internationally renowned restaurants.
The town also has beautiful historical remains.
