Tranquility and charm guaranteed! This one-bedroom apartment is the ideal base for exploring the historic center by following the marked "In the Footsteps of Cadet Roussel" trail, and for enjoying Burgundian cuisine and the prestigious wines of Chablis and the Auxerrois region.
Our apartment, located on the first floor (no elevator), comprises a 26 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with TV/DVD player, and a 140 cm sofa bed.
You will have a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed leading to a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A separate toilet is located in the hallway.
A high chair and travel cot are available.
High-speed internet (fiber optic) is provided.
Public parking is available nearby.
Car access to the building is available for unloading.
Video intercom.
Bicycles can be parked in the shared bicycle storage room.
There are three steps to access it.
A 160cm bed sheet, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
