Just 4 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage vineyards, this charming stone house has been fully restored using high-quality materials.
Enjoy a chic and tranquil atmosphere; ideal for a family of three. Ground floor: a beautiful, bright living room with a dining area, lounge, and wood-burning stove for added comfort.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace and orchard. Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and the other with a single bed (90 x 200 cm). A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. Air conditioning is provided. Large private garden.
Private parking in the courtyard.
Secure bicycle storage.
Pets are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are provided; beds are made upon arrival.
Heating and firewood are included.
Cleaning is included.
Electric vehicle charging is not available at the property. Located near Beaune, the cottage offers easy access to all the area's attractions: the famous Hospices, wine cellars, restaurants, vineyard walks, and strolls along the ramparts.
There's also a cycle path through the vineyards on the Route des Grands Crus, and in summer, a natural swimming area 5 km away. Property managed by a professional.

At the first roundabout, at the entrance to the village, take the 3rd exit, go straight; at the crossroads take the one-way street rue du Soufflet pass in front of the locksmith's shop - turn right - you are on rue du Ruisseau.
The entrance is on the left at the next bend (sign Gîte de France)

Très bon accueil ..hôtes très sympathiques..dr bonnes explications sur ce qu'il y a à voir à Beaune et environs
Le logement gîte Valentine ..maison rénovée avec goût et qualité...c'est parfait..très propre ..très fonctionnel..un poêle à bois à disposition pour les petites flambées du soir
Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter.
