On the banks of the Nivernais Canal, along the towpath in Châtillon-en-Bazois, on the banks of the Nivernais Canal along the towpath (pedestrians and cyclists only, no motor vehicles), come and stay on the first floor of a quiet house with a breathtaking view of the canal.
This cozy cottage will charm you with its comfort: a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a large living room with dining area and lounge (TV, library, DVD player, board games), and two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140x190cm) and one with two single beds (90x190cm)). The cottage has its own private enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbors.
Ideally located for exploring the Bazois region and the Morvan (numerous hiking trails, Bibracte, Mont Beuvray, as well as Nevers, a city of art and history). All amenities are within walking distance (marina, shops, fishing on site).
For weekend bookings during the shoulder seasons (May, June, and September), arrival on Friday is only possible after 6:30 pm.
Bicycles are available at no extra charge.
Themed weekend packages: Wellness with two activities offered as workshops:
1 workshop: Relaxation and rejuvenation in a calm and peaceful setting (€20/person)
1 culinary workshop: Discovering nettle, a plant with a thousand virtues (€60 flat rate)
Charges and options:
Heating and electricity are extra (charged beyond 8 kWh/day)
Bed linen provided
End-of-stay cleaning included
Towel rental: €5/person
