In the heart of a quiet hamlet in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, a large family home built of exposed stone in 1886. Ideally laid out to accommodate three families for a family gathering! Ground floor: dining room with fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with wood-burning stove.
Extension with a children's playroom and a ladder leading to a bedroom for four (one queen bed and two single beds). Bathroom.
Toilet.
A comfortable staircase leads to the main floor: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed, each with a dressing room.
Two adjoining bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a fold-down double bed. Shower room with toilet.
Cot and high chair available.
Firewood provided. Enclosed grounds with parking for two cars (two additional spaces on the street). Terrace and semi-inground wooden swimming pool (7.5m x 4m and 1.15m deep) open from May to September, weather permitting.
Vegetable garden and pizza oven. Nearby: numerous wine cellars offering wine tasting.
Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines, and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
