Comprising six double bedrooms, the gîte can accommodate a group of up to 12 adults.
It is fully equipped to welcome both children and adults: bathrooms with bathtubs, changing tables, lowered sinks, and baby equipment are available. It includes one double bedroom with a dedicated accessible shower room.
Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed. There is one separate toilet and two additional toilets.
One shower room has a walk-in shower, and another bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. To allow motorcyclists to explore our beautiful region, specific facilities are offered, including: two covered parking areas for motorcycles, a changing room with storage spaces sized for motorcycle gear, tools, and consumables for routine maintenance. The gîte also features a pool table, a games table, two pétanque courts, and a barbecue.
Children will be delighted to discover their dedicated play area.
If you'd like to learn more about the region, the library has books (often antique) that will help you appreciate the local historical heritage. The gîte also features a flock of Ouessant sheep: adorable dwarf sheep that will come looking for a cuddle if you offer them a handful of grain.
The star attraction for toddlers is a 100% eco-friendly lawnmower! The gîte can accommodate a maximum of 15 people (adults, babies, and children included). Utilities and options: - Heating (pellet boiler) and electricity are included, as well as bed linen with beds made upon arrival. - Optional towel rental: €7 per person. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €150. - Pets are not allowed. 1 accessible bedroom on the ground floor with its own shower room. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 182.93 € per stay . Napkins : 8.54 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

This holiday home is absolutely gorgeous! Great beds and luxurious bathrooms (plural!). The kitchen is fully equipped (better than my own). Only minors: the end of stay cleaning is pretty overpriced and the internet did not work. We reported it, but nobody made an effort to fix it.

Beaucoup de chambres ce qui permet de loger une quinzaine de personnes en préservant l'intimité des couples.
