Independent cottage on a former estate surrounded by meadows, with a garden and enclosed grounds of 300 m². Large living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a cot, one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), shower room (large shower) with toilet.

Parking for 5 cars. Located on the banks of the Loire River, where you can enjoy fishing, canoeing, kayaking, or simply admire the wildlife.
At the gateway to the Morvan Regional Natural Park, with its many marked hiking and family walk trails.
Not far from Decize, with its water sports center equipped for all kinds of leisure activities, as well as its market hall promenade, ramparts, and monuments.
Cyclists can enjoy their favorite pastime along the Canal du Nivernais on the greenway, marked by the cycle route (bike storage available). From there, they can admire the tour boats.
