With its thatched roof, sauna and fireplace, Ferienhaus Treibholz makes a welcoming base in a peaceful setting beside Glowe’s spa park. The detached house has 95 m² of space across 2 floors and accommodates up to 4 guests.
Downstairs, the living and dining area has a sofa, satellite TV and a fireplace for relaxed evenings. The fitted kitchen includes an oven, 4 cooking zones, a microwave and a dishwasher, making shared meals easy to prepare. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sauna on this floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Wi-Fi, underfloor heating and a washing machine are available.
Spend time outdoors in the garden or on the furnished terrace; a traditional hooded beach chair is also provided at the house. The Baltic Sea beach is about 300 m away, shops are about 400 m away and the sailing harbour with boat hire is around 500 m away. A restaurant is approximately 130 m away in a straight line. Splash, with its pool, sauna and wellness area and indoor playground, is 7 km away; Cape Arkona is 19 km away.
2 parking spaces at the house and Wi-Fi are included. Bed linen and towels can be ordered for €23 per person. Final cleaning costs €130 and the security deposit is €200; both are collected at booking. A tourist tax also applies. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed upon registration for €28 per stay, collected at booking; other pets are not permitted. The house is non-smoking. Check-in is from 16:00 to 18:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Es war alles vorhanden für einen Wohlfühlurlaub einschließlich Sauna.
Sogar eine Hundedecke lag für uns bereit.
Die Duschtür war undicht, das Bad stand dadurch jedesmal unter Wasser.

Voll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, es fehlt an nichts, inkl. stabiler Insektengitter an den wichtigsten Fenstern.
Die Böden und Oberflächen waren sauber, es gab jedoch relativ viele Spinnenweben an den Wänden, die wir bei Bezug erstmal entfernen mussten. Die Vormieter hatten leider viele Insekten an den Wänden erschlagen und diese nicht entfernt. Der Garten ist sehr schön - hat aber leider bei unserem Besuch den Mücken gehört und war nicht ohne Pieksen nutzbar.
