Medas Park 261 is located on the 6th floor, and from the spacious terrace (21 m²), you can enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area, air conditioning, and access to the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and another with a bunk bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower. Let’s not forget that the complex offers a lovely swimming pool with a sunbathing area, which you can enjoy free of charge! Besides its breathtaking sea view, Medas Park 261 is known for its perfect location! Just a short walk of two streets will take you to the beautiful sandy beach of L’Estartit! Moreover, within 2 minutes, you’ll find yourself in the town center, where you can stroll through charming streets, go shopping, or enjoy a cold “cerveza” on a sunny terrace.
