This accommodation, installed in a farmhouse and adjoining the neighboring house, is organized on 2 levels.
On the ground floor:
- a large living room with decorative fireplace not in use
- a veranda with dining table
- a fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher
- a separate toilet
On the 1st floor:
- a mezzanine with relaxation area and library
- a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 cm
- a bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
Here, everything is included for your comfort: towels and bed linen are provided, beds are made on arrival and the cleaning package included.
Outside: - a walled garden - a terrace with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and barbecue Outdoor facilities currently being finished - a garage for bicycles / motorcycles or sports equipment, with a socket for recharging bicycle batteries Parking on the street, in front of the cottage. This accommodation is reserved for leisure customers. With its large bay windows overlooking the garden, the veranda is the perfect place to recharge your batteries.
When the weather is nice, head out into the garden with trees and flowers to enjoy a calm and bucolic environment.

Très bonne semaine sous le soleil de Bretagne. Le gîte est au calme, spacieux et très lumineux. Parfait pour se reposer.Il se trouve proche de belles destinations (Dinard, Dinan, Rennes, Cancale et bien sûr Saint-Malo).Idéal pour visiter ce coin.

Le gîte est très agréable, très propre et confortable il ne manque rien! De plus il est bien situé lorsque l’on veut visiter Cancale, le barrage de la Rance, St Malo, Dinan. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Accueil très sympathique.Le gîte est très clair et très agréable.Le seul bémol est que la chambre avec le lit 2 places est un peu petite, mais c'est une chose que l'on ne peut pas changer, et ce n'est quand même pas trop gênant. Grâce à ce gîte, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, dans une région agrèable, proche de la Rance, et à égale distance de Saint Malo et de Dinan.
