Chalet "Le Lutin" is a prestigious accommodation with a capacity of 10 people, offering great comfort and ideally designed for families. Built in 2022, it offers 208 m² of living space on 3 levels. We have paid particular attention to comfort, amenities that contribute to well-being, and the necessary space for a family stay. Attention ⚠️ Bed linen and towels are not provided (refer to the description for sizes). The three levels of the house are spread over 208 m² and include: - A spacious entrance hall offering a second entrance via the garage, opening onto a large 60 m² living area (kitchen, dining room, living room, separate toilet). It comprises a large sofa with an HD LED TV, a relaxation area with 2 large armchairs, a dining room with a 2.20 m solid oak table, 10 armchairs, with a glass facade offering panoramic views of the mountains and valley, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Heating is provided. by a heat pump and powers the underfloor heating. A pellet stove is available for supplemental heating. - 1 master suite with a double bed (140x190), private bathroom and large dressing room - 2 large bedrooms with double beds (160x200) with built-in wardrobe and dressing room - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), and 1 bunk bed (90x190) - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower - 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet - 1 separate toilet

- 1 boiler room (electrical panel, heating installation, hot water tank and summer kitchen)

You will also find a multitude of activities nearby such as ski areas (Larcenaire and Rouge Gazon), restaurants and various shops, a casino, close to Alsace you can access the wine route and the Ballon d'Alsace. But also access to numerous hiking trails and sporting activities, bike rentals, e-bikes, climbing, and paragliding. Finally, we remain available throughout your stay; we are responsive and easily reachable. The concierge will also be available should you need assistance.
