The family-friendly holiday resort Residence Punta Spin is located in the middle of the beautiful lagoon landscape of the northern Adriatic, just 6 km from Grado.

Nestled in a lush, shady pine forest, the holiday complex offers peace and relaxation as well as a variety of entertainment options.

It is located directly on a gently sloping beach, where there is both a free beach section and a private area with the option of hiring parasols and sun loungers.

Alternatively, the spacious pool area provides cooling off during the summer months.

There is a semi-Olympic pool, a children's pool with a slide and an all-weather pool that can be covered in bad weather.

An entertainment team provides entertainment in high season.

Active holidaymakers also get their money's worth: the resort has a tennis court, basketball court, football pitch, mini golf and a bike hire service.

There is a restaurant/pizzeria, a beach and pool bar and an ice cream parlour.

The 26 square metre Bungalow Tipo B can accommodate a maximum of 5 people and consists of two bedrooms.

One is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, the second with another double bed.

The open-plan living and dining area has a table and chairs as well as a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and a fridge.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

The terrace is furnished, partially covered, has a stone fireplace/barbecue and offers a relaxing view of the garden.

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. POOL The complex includes a spacious pool area.

In addition to a semi-Olympic pool, there is a large children's pool with a fun water slide.

Another medium-sized pool can be covered in bad weather.

BEACH The holiday complex is located directly on the gently sloping beach.

There is both a free area and the option of hiring parasols and sunbeds in a reserved section.

There is also a beach bar.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The holiday complex offers entertainment for the whole family.

In addition to numerous sports and activity programmes, there is also an entertainment team in high season that provides variety with evening events, baby dance and pool parties. LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to get active on holiday are spoilt for choice: the resort has a tennis court, basketball court, football pitch, mini golf and bike hire.

Pedal boats and kayaks can be hired on the beach.

SHOPPING There is a supermarket with newspapers and tobacco products in the complex itself.

Further shopping facilities can be found in nearby Grado (approx. 6 km).

CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen.

The complex also has a restaurant/pizzeria, a beach and pool bar and an ice cream parlour.

PETS 5 pets are allowed on request and must be registered when booking.

A dog beach is located 2 km from the resort.
