The accommodation comprises - A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), access to balcony - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A south-west-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Ouen, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Quays of the Seine - Large park (square, skate park, pétanque, etc.) - Covered market La communale (food court, greengrocer, entertainment, etc.) - Climbing gym Block out Saint Ouen - Garibaldi market, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday mornings - Cultural events, see the town's website - 7 minutes to the heart of Paris - Stade de France in 15 min Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in the public pay car park.

Adequate apartment, but lacked instructions, in English, for the stove, clothes washer…. Needs dish towels, dish drying rack, bigger cereal bowls.Noisy area! Kids screaming in the Park, a lot!Neighborhood great, close to Metro. Clean, nicely decorated.
