Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), access to balcony - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A south-west-facing balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Ouen, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Quays of the Seine - Large park (square, skate park, pétanque, etc.) - Covered market La communale (food court, greengrocer, entertainment, etc.) - Climbing gym Block out Saint Ouen - Garibaldi market, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday mornings - Cultural events, see the town's website - 7 minutes to the heart of Paris - Stade de France in 15 min Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in the public pay car park. Es un apartament molt nou on hi hem estat molt a gust, està en un barri familiar i tranquil. Te la parada de metro molt a prop. El llit era molt comode, i hem dormit molt be, ja que no hi ha soroll ni tampoc claror perque hi ha persianes a tota la casa.

La prise de possession s’est fait sans problèmes. Bâtiment du logement protégé par un système de barrière à code et entrée toujours barrée.
Le logement était propre et correspond exactement aux photos.
Près de tout (bouche de météo tout près a très petite distance de marche et vous transporte vers les attraits touristiques en un rien de temps).
J’y retournerais sans faute !
