NURIA—this little Catalan name, which means “bright,” perfectly describes this 3-star-rated apartment, bathed in light and facing south, with two large picture windows and loggias offering views of the Albères Mountains
It has a floor area of 45 m² and includes two loggias. It was completely renovated in 2022.

A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, multifunction microwave oven, range hood, and induction cooktop; a refrigerator with freezer; coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, and toaster

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the El Rio building in the Les Patios de La Massane complex, 250 m from the sea.
A concierge service will welcome you to hand over the keys and conduct the property inspection;

Excellente localisation de l’appartement à 2 min à peine de la mer, résidence calme et voisinage très sympathique. L’appartement a été refait à neuf, il est fonctionnel et très bien équipé, nous notons une literie de qualité et apprécions les deux loggias qui sont ensoleillée dans la journée .

Appartement fidèle à la description (pour 4 personnes Max) rénové entièrement, très propre !
hyper fonctionnel : bonne literie, plancha, électroménager, 2 vélos au garage avec cadenas, la boite à code pour laisser sa clé à l'entré et ainsi éviter de la perdre... etc
