Dish soap, sponges, dish towels, and kitchen roll are provided.
Alongside a Nespresso capsule machine and a Senseo pad machine, a filter coffee maker can be supplied upon request. A private parking space is available in the underground garage. Schwalbennest is located in a quiet multi-family house in the center of Bodman.
The apartment impresses from the first moment with its views of Lake Constance, the Bodanrück, Frauenberg, and the Alt-Bodman ruins. Shops such as a bakery, butcher, supermarket, and beverage store are just a short walk away.
The apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes (Premium SeeGang trail) and bike tours along the lake. Überlingen, Meersburg, Radolfzell, and Konstanz are easily reached by car and partly by boat.
The Bodman lido with various water sports options is also within walking distance. Before arrival, you will receive more information about restaurants, swimming spots, and insider tips. ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus und sehr gute Erreichbarkeit diverserEinkaufsmöglichkeite Bäcker zu Fuß in 2min zu erreichen 3 min zu Fu? zum See mit kleinem Hafen uns einer netten Promenade Sehr gute Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und wurde bei Temperaturen von über 22 Grad jeden Tag etwas wärmer
Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Lage des Hauses war für Exkursionen sehr günstig, Wohnungseinrichtung und -ambiente waren sehr ansprechend, es war alles Notwendige und noch mehr vorhanden.
Für einen großen PKW oder SUV war der Garagenplatz ungeeignet.
Von der Garage bis zur Wohnung musste man 45 Treppenstufen gehen (fällt nicht jedem leicht).
Die Mediathek konnte mangels Internetvolumens nicht genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung entsprach absolut unsren Erwartungen
