Detached house less than 100m from the beach.
On the ground floor: Shower room, bedroom 1 (140x190 bed and 90x190 bunk bed), bedroom 2 (160x200 bed), bedroom 3 (140x190 bed), toilet with shower.
Large storeroom with laundry room (washing machine), sink and garage door to the outside (bicycle or trailer shelter possible). On the 1st floor: living room (smart TV, wifi internet) with equipped kitchen area (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, classic coffee maker + dolce gusto)). separate toilet.
Baby equipment on request (bed, high chair, changing table, bathtub). Electric heating (underfloor heating) included.
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival.
Towels for hire.
Cleaning service at an additional cost.
Private unfenced grounds.
Terrace balcony on the 1st floor.

The XXL sofa in the living room will be perfect for bringing the whole family together for an aperitif or for an evening of TV. A beautiful contemporary staircase (high steps) serves the 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms on the lower floor.
The owners have planned a second Italian shower appreciated for returning from the beach as well as the laundry room which offers the possibility of storing bicycles or nautical equipment.
You will discover the magnificent harbor of Portbail, the picturesque village and the sunsets over Jersey.
The nearby sand yachting station is also a great opportunity to try this outdoor activity with the family!

Très bien situé car proche de la plage et au calme. Le gîte est tout neuf, bien agencé et fonctionnel avec cette particularité de l'espace nuit en rdc (attention dans l'escalier un peu raide desservant la pièce à vivre). Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et vraiment apprécié la localisation. Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans le logement (aussi à disposition : quelques jeux de société, pétanque...), et avons même été accueillies avec quelques produits locaux :) Dans un cadre agréable et au calme, rien de mieux pour se ressourcer ! Le logement de Mickaël et Hélène est vraiment idéal pour passer de super vacances! D'abord sa proximité immédiate à la mer mais aussi son confort, son équipement, sa décoration et sa propreté.
